Hypericin-PDT induced G2/M cell cycle arrest in ATL cells. a Effects of hypericin-PDT on the cell cycle distribution of HPB-ATL-T and TL-Om1 cells. Cells were treated with hypericin-PDT up to 24 h and stained with PI (50 μg/mL) and the cell cycle analysis was performed using flow cytometry, b HPB-ATL-T and TL-Om1 cells were treated with hypericin-mediated PDT for 24 h. Hypericin-PDT regulates cyclinB1 protein expression as shown by western blot analysis. GAPDH was used as an internal control
