Peptide and sCD4 inhibition of pseudovirus bearing Envs with E560K/D/G mutations. The IC50 values for the N36, IZN36, T20 and sCD4 were determined for pseudoviruses with Envs containing various mutations in RC4 cells, normalized to the IC50 for the wild-type pseudovirus (LAIwt).
