XL-SHAPE analysis of 5′-UTR RNA in presence of HIV-1 NC. The identified crosslinking sites are labeled by red stars. All identified sites had reactivity changes of ≥ 0.3 and p < 0.05 based on unpaired, two-tailed Student’s t-tests, compared with the no protein control.
