HERVs and cytokines expression in PBMCs from ASD children, their parents and control individuals in different culture conditions. HERV transcriptional activity (A) and cytokines expression levels (B) were evaluated at baseline (T0), after culture without any stimulation (NS) and in presence of IL-2 and PHA (ST) by RT-Real time PCR.
